When you call us we will schedule a meeting at your home before we provide any pet care. We want to meet you and your pet(s) and we want you to meet us. We want to explain what we do (and don’t do) and acquaint you with our services.
We will review and fill-out Gail’s Pampered Pets information record containing the following:
• All pets’ names and descriptions – we will take a photo for the files
• Contact numbers
• Local contact numbers in case of emergency
• Feeding and medication instructions
• Food, treats, leash, litter box, waste bag locations
• Veterinarian address, phone number and authorization form
• Disaster plan
• Set of keys, review of security system if necessary
• Additional services required
• Payment terms
At this time you can determine what services you will need. Gail’s Pampered Pets is pleased to provide you with details of each visit and will call to confirm you have returned at the expected time.
We will provide you with a service evaluation form to ensure satisfaction.
